Returns & Exchanges

- Exchange requests are valid only if the garment is unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and includes its original tags.
- Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
- Items purchased on discount or clearance are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable within 7 days of delivery.
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Items showing stains, odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for refund.
Claims
- Claims apply only to products purchased online at KurtaKraft.com.
- For items purchased at Shaffer Retail Outlets, please visit the outlet directly or email our support team at customercare@shaffer.store.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
